Your Boiler
We will endeavour to visit your property to carry out the initial check of your boiler and system within the first 14 days of days of cover (This may take longer than 14 days during seasonal peak). If we find that we cannot cover your boiler we give you a full refund unless we have repaired your boiler within the initial time period.
Cancellations
You can cancel your agreement at any time. We will give you a full refund if you cancel within the first 14 days unless you have made a claim. The 14 days will start from the start date of your cover. This is your cooling off period. If you cancel after the cooling off period you cover will continue until the end of your period that your last payment received was for.
What Happens Next?
You’ll receive your documents and a copy of your agreement within the next 14 days and you’ll have 14 days to let us know if you change you mind about your cover, or have any amendments to make.
